Hair Transplant View page
What is the cost of a hair transplant in Ghaziabad?
The cost depends mainly on the number of grafts you need, the technique (FUE or DHI) and your grade of hair loss. At SOZO you get a clear, graft-based estimate after a scalp analysis — see our hair transplant cost guide for the factors involved.
Is a hair transplant permanent?
Yes. Follicles taken from the donor area are naturally resistant to DHT, the hormone behind pattern baldness, so they keep growing after being transplanted. Your existing non-transplanted hair may still thin with time, which is why your doctor may suggest supportive treatment.
Which is better — FUE or DHI?
Neither is better for everyone. FUE is ideal for larger areas and bigger sessions; DHI gives very precise placement for hairlines and adding density between existing hair. Many patients benefit from a combination. Your doctor will advise after examining your scalp.
Is the procedure painful?
It is done under local anaesthesia, so you feel little more than the initial injections. Most patients relax, listen to music or watch something during the procedure.
When will I see results?
Transplanted hair usually sheds in the first few weeks — this is normal. New growth starts around 3–4 months, and the final result is visible at about 9–12 months.
Will the result look natural?
Yes, when the hairline is designed properly. We plan the shape, angle and direction of every graft to match your natural hair, using single-hair grafts at the front for a soft, undetectable hairline.
Can women get a hair transplant?
Yes — women with a widening partition, high forehead or localised thinning can be good candidates. A proper evaluation is done first to rule out medical causes of hair loss such as thyroid or iron deficiency.
FUE Hair Transplant View page
What is FUE hair transplant?
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is a hair transplant technique where individual hair follicles are removed from the donor area with a micro-punch and implanted into thinning or bald areas. There are no stitches and no linear scar.
Does FUE leave scars?
FUE leaves tiny dot-like marks in the donor area that heal within days and are hidden by short hair. There is no linear scar.
How many grafts can be done in one FUE session?
It depends on your donor area and the size of the bald area. Many patients receive around 2,000–3,500 grafts in a session. Your doctor will plan a safe number after checking your donor density.
How long is the recovery after FUE?
Most people return to desk work in 3–5 days. Crusts fall off in about 10 days. Heavy exercise, swimming and helmets are usually avoided for a few weeks — you will get a clear aftercare sheet.
Do I need to shave my head for FUE?
The donor area is usually trimmed short. For small areas, partial trimming may be possible — your doctor will discuss the options with you.
Is FUE better than DHI?
FUE is excellent for larger sessions and the crown; DHI gives very precise placement for hairlines and dense packing. Many patients benefit from a combination. See our DHI page or ask your doctor.
DHI Hair Transplant View page
What is DHI hair transplant?
DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) is a hair transplant technique where extracted grafts are loaded into an implanter pen and placed directly into the scalp, without making separate channels first. It allows very precise control over angle, depth and density.
Is DHI better than FUE?
DHI is excellent for hairlines, small areas and adding density between existing hair. FUE is more efficient for large areas and big sessions. The right choice depends on your hair loss — sometimes both are combined.
Can DHI be done without shaving?
For small areas such as the hairline or density work, the recipient area can often be left unshaven. The donor area usually needs some trimming. Your doctor will confirm what is possible for you.
Why does DHI cost more?
Each graft is loaded and implanted individually with specialised pens, which takes more time and resources than standard implantation.
Is DHI painful?
It is done under local anaesthesia, so discomfort is minimal. Most patients feel only the initial numbing injections.
Beard Transplant View page
Is a beard transplant permanent?
Yes. The transplanted follicles come from the DHT-resistant donor area of the scalp and continue to grow permanently in the beard.
How many grafts are needed for a beard transplant?
It depends on the area. A moustache or goatee may need a few hundred grafts, while a full beard can need around 1,500–3,000. You get an exact plan after consultation.
When can I shave after a beard transplant?
Usually after about 10–14 days, once the grafts have settled. Your doctor will tell you exactly when.
Will there be marks on my face?
Tiny crusts form for a few days and heal without visible scars. The donor area at the back of the head also heals quickly.
Does the transplanted beard look natural?
Yes, when grafts are placed at the correct sharp angle and direction. Single-hair grafts are used at the edges for a soft, natural look.
Eyebrow Transplant View page
Is an eyebrow transplant permanent?
Yes. The transplanted hairs are real hair follicles and continue to grow permanently.
How many grafts are needed for eyebrows?
Usually around 150–350 grafts per eyebrow, depending on how much hair you already have and the shape you want.
Will I need to trim my eyebrows?
Yes. Because the hair comes from the scalp, it grows longer than normal eyebrow hair and needs a trim every 2–4 weeks.
Is eyebrow transplant painful?
It is done under local anaesthesia, so you feel only the numbing injections. Mild swelling may last a couple of days.
Who is not a good candidate?
People with active eyebrow loss from conditions like alopecia areata or thyroid disease need medical treatment first. Your doctor will check this during consultation.
PRP Hair Treatment View page
How many PRP sessions are needed for hair?
Most plans start with 3–4 sessions about 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every few months. Your doctor will suggest the exact number after assessing your scalp.
Is PRP painful?
A numbing cream or local anaesthetic is used, so most people feel only mild discomfort for a short while.
When will I see results from PRP?
Many patients notice reduced hair fall within 2–3 sessions, with improved density over 3–6 months.
Is there any downtime after PRP?
Almost none. You can usually return to work the same day. Avoid washing your hair for the rest of the day.
PRP or GFC — which is better?
Both use growth factors from your own blood. GFC is a more refined, concentrated form. Your doctor will recommend one based on your hair loss and budget.
GFC Hair Treatment View page
What is GFC hair treatment?
GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) is a hair loss treatment made from your own blood. Platelets are activated and their growth factors are concentrated and injected into the scalp to strengthen hair follicles.
How is GFC different from PRP?
PRP injects platelet-rich plasma, while GFC activates the platelets first and injects the concentrated growth factors they release. GFC is considered a more refined, concentrated form of PRP.
How many GFC sessions do I need?
Most plans include 3–4 sessions about a month apart, followed by maintenance. Your doctor will decide based on your scalp condition.
Is GFC safe?
Yes. It is made from your own blood, so the risk of allergy is very low. It is performed in a sterile setting by our medical team.
When will I see results from GFC?
Reduced hair fall is often noticed within 2–3 sessions, with better density over 3–6 months.
Hair Mesotherapy View page
What is hair mesotherapy?
Hair mesotherapy is a treatment where vitamins, amino acids, peptides and other nutrients are injected into the scalp through fine micro-injections to nourish hair follicles and reduce hair fall.
How many mesotherapy sessions are needed?
Usually 4–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance if needed. Your doctor will guide you.
Is mesotherapy painful?
The needles are very fine and a numbing cream can be used, so most people feel only mild discomfort.
Mesotherapy, PRP or GFC — which should I choose?
Mesotherapy delivers nutrients, while PRP and GFC deliver growth factors from your own blood. They work in different ways and are often combined. Your doctor will suggest the right plan after a scalp analysis.
Hair Transplant Cost View page
What is the cost of a hair transplant in Ghaziabad?
The cost depends on the number of grafts, technique (FUE or DHI) and your hair-loss grade. Because every scalp is different, SOZO gives an exact, graft-based estimate after a scalp analysis. Call or WhatsApp us for current pricing and offers.
Is hair transplant cost charged per graft?
Yes. At SOZO, pricing is graft-based, so you pay for the coverage you actually need.
Why is DHI more expensive than FUE?
DHI uses implanter pens to place each graft individually, which takes more time and specialised instruments.
How many grafts will I need?
Early recession may need around 1,000–1,500 grafts, while advanced baldness can need 3,500 or more. The exact number is confirmed after examining your scalp.
Is the consultation free?
Please call or WhatsApp us to know the current consultation charges and any ongoing offers.
Is a cheap hair transplant safe?
Very low prices can mean shortcuts in hygiene, team skill or graft handling. Choose a clinic where a qualified doctor plans and supervises your procedure.
